Lake Allegan Association, Inc. board members and lake residents played critical roles in getting Endorsements and Resolutions to save Lake Allegan from the following key organizations-

Allegan County Board of Commissioners

Allegan City Council

The Allegan County Parks, Recreation and Tourism Committee.

Valley Township Board sent out a letter of support to keep Lake Allegan.

This is a major accomplishment in our effort to save our lake and community. 30 Lake Allegan residents attended the Allegan City Council meeting in a great show of concerns for the lake community.
